Senior Agent Product Manager

The Deployment Strategists team operates at the highest level of complexity, partnering directly with C-suite executives to architect and deliver transformational AI solutions. This is not a standard implementation or account management function. You work on the most demanding, largest-scale deployments in the market, where deep customization, strategic judgment, and executive-level partnership are essential. Every deployment you lead generates playbooks and intellectual property that compounds value across the entire organization.

What you'll do

• Own technical delivery and strategic adoption of AI agent solutions end-to-end on Decagon's largest accounts, partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Forward-deployed teams to build production-grade agents that convert sophisticated buyers.
• Become the executive partner to Fortune 500 C-suite leaders, defining their AI transformation roadmap and maintaining the relationship from initial scoping through production deployment and expansion.
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in production by diving deep into customer workflows, pain points, and business objectives.
• Develop reusable frameworks and deployment playbooks that become scalable assets feeding directly into Decagon's product roadmap and raising quality across all future builds.
• Direct Forward-deployed engineers and cross-functional teams to execute at scale while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
• Create tight feedback loops with Product and Engineering teams based on insights from your front-line work on the most demanding deployments.

What you'll bring

• Six or more years building trust with senior executives while owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes. This includes roles as engagement managers, project leaders, or senior managers at top consulting firms, or product managers, founders, and solutions leaders at high-growth technology companies.
• A builder's mentality: you prefer designing and constructing the actual solution over diagnosing problems or delegating to others.
• Strong technical acumen to understand and shape AI agent architecture while holding your own in technical discussions with both engineers and executives.
• Executive presence and a proven ability to become a trusted strategic advisor to senior decision-makers at large, complex organizations.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape the solution while implementing it.

Nice to have

• Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• MBA or equivalent background at the intersection of business strategy and technology.
• Experience selling, deploying, or advising on enterprise software or transformation initiatives at Fortune 500 companies.
