Senior Product Manager

This Senior Product Manager role sits within the Product team and focuses on defining and executing product strategy for an assigned domain within Nexo's growing ecosystem. You'll shape how users interact with digital wealth solutions and drive the strategic direction that keeps Nexo ahead of industry trends.

What you'll do

• Establish and communicate product vision and strategy for your domain, translating business objectives into clear, measurable roadmaps
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from conception through launch and ongoing optimization
• Use data, experimentation, and user research to validate decisions and iterate on performance each quarter
• Identify gaps in user experience and uncover new product opportunities by deeply understanding customer needs and behaviors
• Act as an internal product ambassador, keeping stakeholders informed about priorities, progress, and outcomes
• Foster a culture that emphasizes quality, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement across all collaborating teams

What you'll bring

• At least 5 years of product management experience with a minimum of 2 years in a senior capacity
• Demonstrated track record building and scaling product strategy within fast-growing B2C technology companies
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in rapid-paced environments
• Knowledge of consumer crypto products such as wallets, exchanges, and DeFi platforms, or experience with payment and issuing solutions
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Proficiency with JIRA and agile delivery frameworks
• Sharp analytical abilities, sound prioritization discipline, and disciplined execution
• Fluent English communication both in writing and conversation
