About the role
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company that has transformed voice interaction since launching in January 2023. The company now serves millions of users and thousands of enterprises, including Deutsche Telekom and Meta, backed by investors like Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia with a $22B valuation. ElevenLabs operates across three platforms: ElevenAgents for intelligent customer experiences at scale, ElevenCreative for multimodal content generation across 70+ languages, and ElevenAPI for developers accessing foundational AI audio models.
The organization prioritizes high-velocity experimentation, impact over titles, and AI-first thinking across all functions. The team values excellence in everything built, with a global workforce selected for talent regardless of location. ElevenLabs has established a culture where builders can do the best work of their careers alongside researchers, engineers, and operators, including IOI medalists and former founders.
You'll own enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative by leveraging product, pricing, packaging, go-to-market, and customer strategies. As Enterprise Product Manager, you'll work with a small, collaborative team where the scope is intentionally broad—some weeks focus on product strategy, others on customer work or go-to-market execution, whatever drives results.
What you'll do

- Scope and define major bets for enterprise customers through discovery, launch, and adoption phases
- Build the administrative and governance capabilities enterprises require, including role-based permissions, access visibility, usage controls, and cross-team reporting
- Partner with engineering to develop and ship enterprise products like Ads Engine, translating complex customer workflows into scalable solutions
- Work with sales to prioritize feature requests and deal blockers, closing gaps between customer needs and shipped features
- Engage directly in customer conversations to understand how enterprise teams evaluate, purchase, and deploy creative tools, feeding those insights into roadmap decisions
- Establish success metrics for enterprise features and track adoption, expansion, and retention across accounts
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and growth to ship quickly and drive projects to completion
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, with recent focus on enterprise or B2B product
- Proven track record owning revenue, growth, or adoption outcomes and driving results across multiple levers
- Experience shipping enterprise capabilities such as admin functions, permissions, billing, or security, and driving adoption with large accounts
- Deep knowledge of how creative, marketing, and media teams operate, with a practice of grounding product decisions in customer insights
- Ability to scope and define large, ambiguous projects and own them end to end
- Experience working directly with sales and customers, turning high volumes of requests into a clear, prioritized roadmap
- Design-minded approach with high product quality standards and ability to mock up concepts and workflows independently
- Technical fluency to work deeply with engineers on architecture, integrations, and tradeoffs
What they offer
- Annual discretionary stipend for professional development and learning
- Annual discretionary stipend for social travel to meet colleagues
- Annual company offsite in new locations
