Oracle Fusion ERP Trainer (f/m/d) | Freelance | fully remote

Pineapple Recruiting GmbH is partnering with Accenture to launch a comprehensive training initiative for career changers entering the Oracle Fusion consulting field. They're looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion ERP trainer to design and deliver a 12-week structured program, starting January 2027, with paid preparation time included beforehand.

What you'll do

• Develop comprehensive training materials including presentations, hands-on exercises, and pre-study content tailored for participants transitioning into consulting roles
• Support the foundational learning phase running December 4, 2026 through January 6, 2027, ensuring all participants start from a level foundation
• Lead live, interactive training sessions from January 7 through April 2, 2027, covering Oracle Fusion fundamentals, cloud architecture, Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), Procurement and Source to Pay workflows, functional and data management, technical integration, Oracle AI Agents, testing and QA methodologies, and consulting soft skills
• Guide trainees through both theoretical concepts and real-world business scenarios using the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform
• Mentor participants individually throughout the program, answer questions, and support their learning journey
• Evaluate and feedback on final capstone project deliverables

What you'll bring

• Deep, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly Financials and Procurement modules
• A proven history delivering ERP training, coaching, or enablement programs
• Ability to create clear, engaging training content for participants without prior ERP experience
• Comfort delivering remote instruction via digital collaboration tools
• Talent for translating complex concepts into practical, actionable knowledge
• Strong mentoring and communication skills

Nice to have

• Expertise with data migration and integration tools such as FBDI, ADFdi, BICC, and OIC
• Hands-on experience implementing Oracle AI Agents or generative AI tools in ERP projects
