We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. You'll manage full-lifecycle hiring across our G&A, Customer Experience, EAA and IT functions, with flexibility to support product group hiring as business priorities shift. This role demands someone comfortable navigating multiple talent markets and building recruiting strategies that scale as the company grows.

What you'll do

• Manage complete recruitment workflows from initial role intake through candidate close, owning your portfolio while remaining adaptable to emerging business needs across both operational and technical requisitions.

• Source and develop candidate pipelines through direct research and competitive analysis, maintaining strong depth and quality to sustain hiring momentum.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to translate their talent requirements into targeted search strategies and create positive experiences for both candidates and interview panels.

• Monitor pipeline analytics and hiring data to identify efficiency gaps, recommend process improvements, and help your teams achieve better outcomes.

• Participate in recruiting program pilots and process enhancements that enable the team to scale impact across global markets.

What you'll bring

• At least 5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting in a technology company or fast-moving, high-growth environment, with a track record of successfully placing candidates in competitive G&A and technical roles.

• Agility in learning new role types and talent markets, with the ability to pivot between business and technical hiring as organizational needs evolve.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the entire candidate journey, from talent mapping and initial outreach through interview coordination and offer negotiation.

• Data-informed pipeline management skills and the ability to translate recruiting metrics into clear insights and recommendations for hiring leaders.

• Responsible application of generative AI tools while maintaining human judgment to ensure quality outputs and measurable improvements in efficiency, cost and hiring quality.

What they offer

• Annual base salary from 130,900 to 154,000 USD, plus equity and bonus eligibility.
