The Marketing team at Ripple is seeking a Lead Digital Designer to drive the visual and functional evolution of the company's web presence. This is a hands-on leadership position based in Miami, Florida, where you'll architect digital experiences at scale, establish design systems that work across multiple platforms, and champion modern web design practices across the organization.

What you'll do

• Lead the design of major web experiences including the homepage, product pages, and critical user journeys, balancing narrative storytelling with usability and performance
• Build and evolve a scalable design system featuring tokens, components, and reusable modules compatible with the CMS platform
• Partner directly with engineering teams to translate design work into production-ready implementations that meet technical constraints
• Define site architecture, navigation frameworks, and overall user experience strategy
• Collaborate across product, marketing, and brand teams to establish a modern, unified digital aesthetic while maintaining accessibility standards
• Support testing initiatives, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization to continually refine the site
• Work with external agencies and partners on design execution, guiding quality and vision
• Establish workflows and processes that strengthen consistency, speed, and quality across the web team

What you'll bring

• At least 3 years of experience in web or digital product design with a strong portfolio showing systems thinking
• Demonstrable expertise with design systems, component libraries, and scalable design frameworks
• Solid visual design foundation spanning typography, layout, color, and hierarchy
• Deep knowledge of responsive design, UX principles, and modern web standards
• Proven track record collaborating with engineering teams and understanding front-end development
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience designing complex, multi-page websites or platforms
• Comfort thriving in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and clarity must be earned

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, B2B, or complex product ecosystems
• Familiarity with Storybook, design tokens, or system-driven development workflows
• Leadership of large-scale website redesigns
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and data-informed design
• Experience with motion design, interaction design, or advanced web storytelling
• Exposure to both brand-driven and product-driven design environments
