About Deepgram
Deepgram operates the world's leading platform for voice AI, delivering production-grade speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice agent capabilities through cloud APIs and on-premises deployment. The company has processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words, powering voice applications for more than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations including Twilio, Cloudflare, and Jack in the Box. Deepgram's recent Series C funding from leading global investors positions the company at the center of the emerging trillion-dollar voice AI economy.
Deepgram's operating culture is built on an AI-first mindset. Every team member is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools as part of their daily work, integrating new models into workflows and measuring results through their application. The company moves at the pace of AI, meaning work evolves rapidly and success requires comfort with experimentation, quick adaptation, and continuous learning. This role is best suited for someone energized by change and unconventional problem-solving rather than traditional, prescriptive structures.
The Role
You'll be Deepgram's first field and events marketer in EMEA, launching a strategic regional program from your base in London. Working with EMEA sales and partner leads and as part of the global Marketing team, you'll transition the region from ad hoc sponsorships to a coordinated events and field strategy directly tied to pipeline generation. The playbook you build will shape how European developers, builders, and buyers experience Deepgram for years to come.
What you'll do
- Develop and publish a committed six to nine month EMEA events calendar within your first 30 days, with clear tiering and full alignment from sales and partner stakeholders
- Launch and maintain a recurring London-based technical community program that builds steady attendance from developers, builders, and existing customers
- Design and execute repeatable co-marketing programs with cloud, technology, and channel partners that include shared goals and pipeline tracking from launch
- Create an end-to-end event-to-sales system that includes target account mapping, pre-event meeting coordination, and rapid follow-up workflows designed to achieve pipeline targets
- Produce an event-in-a-box toolkit containing signage, branded materials, talk tracks, and lead capture processes that enable local sales and partner teams to run events independently
- Replace recurring ad hoc requests with a formal intake and approval process, while reserving budget and planning capacity for emerging partner opportunities
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated ability to build communities where technical audiences genuinely participate, featuring hands-on content, credible speakers, real practitioners, and absent of traditional sales messaging
- Experience designing co-marketing programs with enterprise partners that align on goals and track measurable pipeline impact
- Track record connecting event attendance to sales outcomes through target account selection, meeting coordination, and conversion-focused follow-up
- Comfort operating as an AI-native marketer, designing workflows that combine human judgment with AI tools for planning, follow-up, and reporting
- Ability to create systems that reduce manual work, such as reusable event frameworks and standardized processes, rather than custom solutions for each initiative
- Skill in evaluating opportunities against clear criteria and securing cross-functional alignment among sales, partner, and marketing teams
- Hands-on event execution capability including vendor management, logistics, and GDPR-compliant lead handling
- Self-directed work style suited to being the first marketer in region, operating across time zones with a US-based team and traveling 40 to 50 percent across Europe
Nice to have
- Approximately five to eight years of event or field marketing experience, or equivalent demonstrated background
- B2B SaaS, developer marketing, or AI and infrastructure marketing experience
- Track record running technical co-marketing programs with established partners
- Fluency in an additional European language such as French or German
Pay, location & hours
Salary not listed. Fully remote, open to applicants in London, UK. Working hours: Europe / Middle East overlap.
