Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience

Ondo Finance is building institutional-grade investment products on blockchain, combining a technology arm that develops decentralized finance infrastructure with an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. The company pioneered tokenized US Treasury exposure and has expanded into multiple asset classes while incubating protocols for tokenized real-world assets. Founded by veterans from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team and backed by top-tier investors including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, and Tiger Global, Ondo currently leads the space in assets under management and operates as a fully remote organization across the United States.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Platform Experience to own the customer-facing design and functionality of the Ondo Finance App—the central interface where users discover, understand, buy, sell, trade, and manage our full range of products including stocks, treasuries, and portfolios. You'll be responsible for translating complex financial and blockchain infrastructure into experiences that feel simple, intuitive, and trustworthy. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role where you'll partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to define product strategy, write clear specifications, and ship meaningful improvements. You'll help establish our product management function from the ground up, making this a high-ownership position with significant visibility across the organization.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end quality and coherence of the customer experience across web and mobile, with focus on retention, usability, and long-term customer value
• Translate sophisticated financial concepts like order books, bid/ask spreads, settlement mechanics, and onchain transactions into clear, low-friction user workflows
• Design intuitive buying, selling, trading, and portfolio management experiences including limit orders, order books, dollar-cost averaging, notifications, transaction history, and tax reporting
• Define metrics and feedback loops around usability, retention, adoption, and customer satisfaction, using data to drive prioritization and product decisions
• Coordinate high-impact initiatives from discovery through launch, working across Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure reliable execution
• Establish core experiences and design patterns that scale as Ondo expands its product ecosystem without creating fragmentation or unnecessary complexity

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of product management experience owning customer-facing products from concept through launch
• Proven track record building high-quality consumer or prosumer products with strong instincts for intuitive, low-friction user experience
• Deep familiarity with fintech, brokerage, investing, trading, payments, crypto, or other sophisticated financial products
• Working understanding of capital markets, trading mechanics, order execution, settlement, and liquidity
• Hands-on experience with crypto and DeFi products, including working knowledge of onchain financial primitives
• Strong analytical capability to define metrics, measure performance, and use data to inform decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to write clear product requirements and explain tradeoffs to engineers and executives
• High ownership, strong organizational skills, and comfort working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Nice to have

• Experience building brokerage, investing, trading, neobanking, or wealth-management platforms
• Background in tokenization, real-world assets, or onchain financial infrastructure
• Knowledge of decentralized exchanges, wallets, smart contracts, or blockchain transaction flows
• Experience designing products for both sophisticated and first-time financial users
• Previous collaboration with Legal, Compliance, Operations, or market-structure teams
