Senior Finance Transformation & Strategy PMO (BI / AI)

The Intelligence & Performance team within OKX's CEO Office is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation & Strategy PMO to lead the finance function's digital and AI evolution. You will sit at the nexus of finance, data, and technology, building the systems, processes, and insights that enable the company to scale reliably. This is an ownership-driven role requiring someone comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with senior stakeholders across the business.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs, creating digitalization and AI roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and managing delivery from requirements through launch and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

• Build unified financial and operational metrics frameworks with consistent definitions, dashboards covering revenue, cost, profit, budget execution, cash flow, and operational efficiency, and translate data findings into actionable insights for management.

• Design finance process solutions and automation across bookkeeping, reconciliation, settlement, reporting, budgeting, and analysis; coordinate integration between ERP, finance platforms, data systems, and business applications.

• Identify and implement high-value AI and agent applications in finance functions including intelligent analysis, anomaly detection, document processing, and knowledge retrieval; take solutions from prototype to production with metrics and audit controls.

• Strengthen data quality, reconciliation, exception handling, and data lineage to ensure consistency and traceability of key financial numbers.

• Partner with Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Audit teams on internal control assessments, SOX compliance, and ITAC/ITGC standards; embed controls into finance processes, systems, and data flows.

• Provide clear executive updates on program progress, risks, and trade-offs while driving alignment and execution clarity across the organization.

What you'll bring

• Five or more years in finance products, finance digitalization, financial BI, or solutions roles, with a demonstrated track record of converting finance requirements into adopted system and data solutions.

• Solid operational finance knowledge covering general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, revenue recognition, reconciliation, settlement, budgeting, and audit requirements.

• Strong data analysis capability with independent SQL proficiency, hands-on experience with mainstream BI tools, and ability to define metrics, analyze performance, and communicate findings to management.

• Experience designing and building, integrating, or optimizing ERP systems, finance platforms, BI solutions, or automation systems; ability to partner effectively with product and engineering teams.

• Demonstrated cross-functional project management skills managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, dependencies, and complex problem-solving.

• Understanding of internal control and auditability requirements for financial systems; judgment about where AI appropriately fits within finance operations and ability to validate and roll out AI solutions.

• Independent thinking and high ownership mentality; you challenge assumptions constructively, form informed perspectives, and operate with strong bias toward execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with IPO preparation, SOX compliance, ITAC/ITGC implementation, or internal control build-out at a publicly listed company.

• Track record building management-oriented business analysis and financial BI systems that drive decision-making.

• Hands-on experience implementing large language models, AI agents, enterprise knowledge bases, or finance intelligence applications.
