You'll join the Professional Services team in Escazu, Costa Rica as Manager of Professional Services, reporting to the Director of Professional Services for the AMS Central Region. This role puts you at the center of customer success, leading a team of technical consultants and project managers through Zscaler solution deployments while building scalable, profitable operations that drive both customer outcomes and business growth.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of technical consultants and project managers executing Zscaler deployments across the AMS Central Region, handling hiring, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing professional growth

• Manage cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Support teams to ensure customer-focused deployments and seamless solution delivery

• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, implementing tooling enhancements, and tracking KPIs to increase automation and reduce manual work

• Participate in strategic planning and long-term decision-making with global Professional Services leadership and practice leads

• Own the full employee lifecycle for your team, from recruitment through development, ensuring consistent delivery quality and high performance standards

What you'll bring

• Five or more years of Professional Services or consulting delivery experience within enterprise software or SaaS environments

• Three or more years leading delivery teams in high-growth settings, with proven ability to manage geographically distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders

• Technical grounding in network infrastructure including VPNs, firewalls, proxies, and cloud security protocols

• Demonstrated track record in leadership development and executing organizational strategy

• Foundational knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies, with experience leveraging or positioning AI-driven solutions in your functional area

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to enhance delivery workflows, operational efficiency, or team performance

• Direct exposure to Zscaler technology or cloud security frameworks

• Industry certifications such as AWS, Azure, GCP, PMP, or CISSP, or advanced degree in IT or Computer Science
