The European market represents a critical growth area for Bybit, particularly as regulatory frameworks like MiCA take shape. This Chief Product Officer role leads product strategy, product management and business intelligence for the Europe region, reporting to the executive leadership team and shaping how millions of users across the continent access digital finance.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the product strategy for European markets, balancing business growth with customer needs and regulatory requirements across MiCA, MiFID II, EMI, DORA and payment services regulations.
• Own the European product roadmap, investment allocation and portfolio performance while identifying market opportunities and emerging technologies that drive innovation.
• Lead the European Product Management and Business Intelligence teams, overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery through execution across spot trading, derivatives, payments and investment services.
• Drive product development and launches by translating business requirements and customer insights into specifications, partnering with Technology and Engineering teams to ensure effective delivery and scalability.
• Own business performance reporting, dashboards and analytics across products and customers, conducting customer segmentation, market intelligence and revenue analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure product experience meets competitive standards through onboarding, KYC, trading and customer engagement, using research, analytics and experimentation to improve adoption, conversion, retention and revenue.

What you'll bring

• 15+ years of experience in product management, digital financial services or technology, with significant executive leadership in crypto, fintech, trading, brokerage or capital markets.
• Proven track record leading product strategies across multi-market portfolios and building high-performing international teams in regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in crypto trading, derivatives, digital assets, payments and investment services.
• Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks including MiCA, MiFID II, EMI, DORA and payment services regulations.
• Experience with product analytics, business intelligence, customer segmentation, financial forecasting and performance reporting.
• Commercial and analytical mindset with demonstrated success managing product adoption, conversion, trading volumes, retention and revenue metrics.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional European languages or Chinese.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and digital platform design.
