Andromeda Sadiradra - QA Audio Rater - English (United Kingdom)

Welo is an AI services company focused on building high-quality training data for large language models and audio systems. The Welo Data team is launching a new audio rating program, and they need a skilled QA Audio Rater to maintain standards during this critical pilot phase.

In this role, you'll work as a quality auditor for their audio raters. You'll review approximately 30 percent of all output produced during the initial rollout, looking for inconsistencies, calibration drift, and scoring errors that could compound across the wider rating pool. When you spot issues, you'll document them clearly and provide constructive feedback to raters to keep everyone aligned. You'll also complete your own onboarding and training materials before the full production team launches.

This is a freelance position based in the United Kingdom, working 10 hours per week remotely. You'll start as soon as possible and will use British English in your work.

What you'll bring

• Pattern recognition skills that let you spot when raters are drifting from calibration

• Comfort working independently during the pilot phase, when processes are still taking shape
• Prior experience in QA, auditing, content moderation, or similar rating work is valued
