Applied AI Engineer

You'll join the Growth team as an Applied AI Engineer, building agents that handle real business functions and improve based on measurable results. You'll be forward-deployed alongside growth pods to identify high-impact problems and own solutions end to end. Your work will involve building with the company's agents platform, frontier models, and the latest orchestration tools, with the core challenge being reliability, measurability, and safety at scale.

What you'll do

• Build and deploy production AI agents that perform real business work and integrate with actual company operations

• Work across the full stack from problem identification through deployment, using Python, SQL, LLM APIs and agent orchestration platforms

• Design systems to measure whether your solutions actually drive impact and business value

• Collaborate with growth pods to identify problems worth solving and ship end-to-end solutions

• Evaluate frontier models, understand their limitations, and push agents beyond prototype stage into production reliability

What you'll bring

• Shipped production systems that other people depended on, starting from ambiguous problems

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs in real-world applications, not just demos

• Proficiency in Python and SQL with practical knowledge of LLM APIs and agent orchestration

• Track record of measuring and validating whether your work achieved intended outcomes

• Experience in GTM data, marketing systems, or growth engineering
