You will join Tether's marketing team as a Technical Content Creator focused on demonstrating the real-world capabilities of Pear, Bare, and Tether's broader peer-to-peer stack. This is not a social media or influencer role—it is a hands-on position for someone with genuine engineering depth who can translate complex infrastructure into compelling visual proof-of-concepts. You will work fully remote and collaborate across global time zones.

What you'll do

• Build, deploy, and operate functional peer-to-peer applications and infrastructure setups using Pear and Bare, working independently with minimal support from core engineering teams.

• Record high-quality, polished screen-share walkthroughs and video demonstrations that clearly explain how your builds work, how nodes discover and synchronize, and what value they deliver to developers.

• Convert technical protocol updates, cryptographic concepts, and documentation into accessible developer content including code-along videos, step-by-step guides, and open-source repositories.

• Partner with Tether's protocol and product engineering teams to stay current on upcoming Pear and Bare features and roadmap priorities.

• Rapidly prototype proof-of-concept applications—such as peer-to-peer chat, file synchronization, or data replication systems—to demonstrate the speed and resilience of serverless development on Tether's stack.

• Work alongside technical influencers, developer advocates, and content creators to expand ecosystem adoption, providing them with ready-to-use technical assets, co-created tutorials, and polished demos that onboard new developers.

What you'll bring

• Three to six or more years of professional experience in technical content creation, solutions engineering, systems development, or a similar hands-on role.

• Strong programming abilities in languages common across the ecosystem, including NodeJS and C/C++, with confidence working directly with peer-to-peer networking and runtime internals.

• Solid working knowledge of peer-to-peer networking, distributed systems, append-only-log data structures, and decentralized application architecture.

• Proven experience recording and editing technical screen captures, terminal walkthroughs, or video tutorials using professional tools such as Loom, Camtasia, or Screenflow.

• The ability to identify which demos and sample projects will resonate most with developers and infrastructure operators, combined with empathy for how they approach and learn new systems.

• Self-directed working style suited to remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Background in peer-to-peer protocol design or implementation.

• Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects in the blockchain or distributed systems space.
