Sr. Product Manager, Fintechs & Exchanges

You'll join as Senior Product Manager focused on fintechs and centralized crypto exchanges—two of the most important channels for moving users and assets onchain. Fintechs and exchanges are rapidly building onchain services, and in this role you'll shape the products and infrastructure that let them embed DeFi functionality into their platforms without compromising the user experience their customers expect.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for fintech and exchange integrations, including SDKs, infrastructure, and developer tools that make it easy for these businesses to offer onchain services.

• Build expertise in the compliance, custody, and UX requirements that matter to enterprise customers, then translate those constraints into products and partnerships that create real value.

• Lead launches and measure adoption of products that let fintechs and exchanges offer yield, trading, payments, and other onchain financial services to their users.

• Work across DeFi protocols, infrastructure providers, custodians, and chain operators to coordinate growth across the ecosystem.

• Partner with engineering, business development, design, and marketing to move products from concept through launch and iterate based on customer feedback.

What you'll bring

• At least 5 years in product management, with preferred experience in fintech, consumer finance, or centralized crypto exchanges. Direct work on onchain or DeFi products is a strong asset.

• The ability to dig deep with enterprise partners, understand their pain points, and turn those insights into concrete product requirements.

• Comfort navigating custody, wallet infrastructure, and protocol integrations so you can make informed product decisions.

• Knowledge of how fintech products work—trading, lending, payments—and the infrastructure that powers crypto exchanges.

• A track record of thriving in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and the regulatory landscape evolves constantly.

• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, that let you explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping products in regulated financial services environments.

• Familiarity with Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions, or the broader blockchain ecosystem.
