You'll join the Customer Operations team in Singapore as a Solution Architect covering APAC, where you'll own the complete technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for major regional banks and financial institutions. Your work spans from deal closure through production deployment, taking end-to-end accountability for successful solutions.

Your responsibilities include

• Designing enterprise setups with Fireblocks, covering API integrations, security architecture, and comprehensive documentation
• Leading complex integrations across core banking systems, custody platforms, tokenisation, and Travel Rule compliance to production
• Building reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to standardise delivery across the region
• Bridging Sales, Product, R&D, and customers to navigate intricate technical challenges
• Contributing to pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and architectural guidance
• Maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction standards throughout delivery phases

You'll bring a Bachelor's degree (or above) in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience. You've delivered post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments. Critical to this role: you have either blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 experience OR deep knowledge of banking and enterprise financial systems (ideally both). You're hands-on technically with software development experience, understand IT security thoroughly, and have proven cloud platform knowledge. You've demonstrated technical leadership—mentoring engineers or architects—and hold strong enterprise architecture expertise. Pre-sales exposure through solution architecture or RFP support strengthens your candidacy. Fluent English is essential; additional APAC languages are valuable.
