About the role
LangChain builds the foundational platform for agent engineering, enabling developers to move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents. The company has raised 125 million dollars at Series B and serves over 6,000 active customers, including five of the Fortune 10 and 35 percent of the Fortune 500 across organizations like Klarna, Coinbase, Workday, and Nvidia. With 100 million monthly open source downloads and a suite of products including LangSmith observability tools and LangGraph frameworks, LangChain operates at the center of a rapidly expanding AI infrastructure market where demand for agent-building capabilities continues to accelerate.
LangChain is in a growth phase where the technology is moving into production systems at scale, and the company is expanding its go-to-market presence across regions. You'll join a marketing team supported by central expertise while owning regional strategy and execution, giving you meaningful leverage to shape how LangSmith reaches customers in your market.
What you'll do
- Build and own the EMEA demand strategy, identifying which markets, customer segments, and channels will drive pipeline, and setting clear return expectations for each
- Manage regional pipeline targets and report on performance by channel and geography, tracking both sourced and influenced opportunities
- Allocate the regional marketing budget across localized programs and decide which global campaigns need regional adaptation
- Plan and execute paid digital, webinar series, integrated campaigns, and lifecycle nurture sequences across multiple time zones and languages
- Partner with EMEA sales teams to understand what resonates in-market, design follow-up plays that convert, and equip new reps with warm signals and proven outreach approaches
- Collaborate with field marketing, revenue operations, and central demand gen teams to align priorities, improve targeting and attribution, and maintain clear pipeline visibility
What you'll bring
- Seven or more years building demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaign programs in B2B, preferably for developer tools, infrastructure, or technical SaaS
- Proven ability to run multi-country demand campaigns across EMEA with judgment about when localization matters most
- Hands-on experience executing paid digital, webinars, lifecycle marketing, and account-based marketing programs yourself
- Technical fluency with products and audiences; you can discuss agent engineering, evaluation frameworks, and observability with customers and sales teams
- Strong partnership skills and comfort with pipeline accountability; you've worked closely with account executives and sales development reps
- Deep familiarity with marketing metrics including funnel conversion, cost per lead, cost per sales-qualified opportunity, pipeline contribution, and attribution
- Working knowledge of tools including HubSpot, Influ2, Qualified, Goldcast, Zoom Webinar, Zapier, Salesforce, Reo.dev, and Clay
- Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to own outcomes in a fast-moving environment
Nice to have
- Experience launching demand programs in emerging markets beyond Western Europe

- Medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, and locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms
- Full-time position based in London or Amsterdam
