This role places you as an Internal AI Engineer embedded across ElevenLabs' go-to-market, operations, and finance functions. You'll design and deploy agentic AI workflows that eliminate manual processes and reshape how the organization operates at scale. Your work moves beyond individual tools—you'll establish patterns, guardrails, and frameworks that become the standard for how ElevenLabs harnesses AI safely and efficiently. You'll partner closely with business teams to identify real problems, then own the journey from discovery through production deployment and impact measurement.

What you'll do

• Design and build AI agents and workflow orchestrations using platforms like ElevenAgents, Claude, and n8n
• Integrate AI systems with core business infrastructure including Salesforce, Slack, and Ashby
• Create reusable automation services, design patterns, and shared templates that amplify team productivity
• Lead end-to-end experiments from opportunity identification through solution delivery and results analysis
• Develop evaluation, monitoring, and auditing frameworks ensuring AI workflows remain reliable and secure

What you'll bring

• Production experience building and shipping automations or AI applications that teams actively depend on
• Deep proficiency in Python and SQL alongside system design patterns for APIs, webhooks, and orchestration
• Strong grasp of LLM capabilities, prompting techniques, RAG architectures, and agentic workflow design
• A systems-thinking approach that considers security, auditability, and risk mitigation from the outset
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, preferably with GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Initiative to identify patterns, propose solutions, and ship without requiring detailed specifications

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise authentication flows and identity management
• Familiarity with internal tool development or infrastructure for AI-native organizations
