As a Country Manager for Bybit's European operations, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the EU cryptocurrency market. This is a strategic leadership role requiring you to oversee regional operations, develop go-to-market strategies, and build the partnerships and stakeholder relationships that will establish Bybit's presence in one of the world's most important financial markets. You will work remotely and report into the global leadership team.

What you'll do

• Create and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the European market, with clear targets for user acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.

• Lead all regional operations including marketing campaigns, conference attendance, partnership development, and community initiatives to build brand recognition and engagement.

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, local financial institutions, industry associations, and ecosystem participants across the EU.

• Ensure the business operates in full compliance with EU regulatory frameworks including MiCA, MiCAR, MiFID, and EMI requirements, working closely with legal and compliance teams.

• Track competitive activity, market trends, and regulatory changes to identify expansion opportunities and manage risks.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams globally to align regional priorities with company-wide objectives.

• Manage and mentor a regional team, establishing a high-performance culture focused on innovation and accountability.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

• At least 10 years of leadership experience in marketing, business development, or general management within technology or fintech companies.

• Prior experience as a Country Manager or in senior leadership roles within the cryptocurrency industry.

• Deep knowledge of EU cryptocurrency markets, consumer preferences, and the regulatory landscape including MiCA, MiFID, and EMI.

• An established professional network within the DACH region and broader European crypto and fintech community.

• Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• A results-driven approach with demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian.

• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift with market conditions.
