The Role

You'll own a product from zero to launch at Alchemy, starting with early customer discovery and scaling it into a self-serve growth engine. This is a hands-on builder role where you'll define the problem space, write specifications, collaborate closely with design and engineering, talk directly with developers and CTOs, and own the metrics that prove success. You have real freedom to shape the roadmap and will tackle ambiguous opportunities like agentic payments, stablecoin infrastructure, data APIs, or emerging chain ecosystems.

What You'll Do

• Launch new product surfaces from concept through general availability. Take loosely defined opportunities and transform them into shipped products with measurable usage and revenue.

• Drive discovery, sales, and delivery end-to-end. Conduct customer validation calls, participate in sales conversations, craft the narrative, then build exactly what you promised and ship it to production.

• Become the developer's advocate. Spend time in support channels, GitHub, customer Slack communities, and your own terminal. Build products that engineers adopt because they're better, not because someone sold them.

• Set standards for quality and velocity. Define what great latency, reliability, and developer experience looks like, then maintain those standards while shipping fast.

• Make decisions with incomplete information. Act decisively, document your reasoning, and adjust when new data emerges.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in product management, with substantial experience on developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure. You've shipped products that engineers integrate into their workflows.

• Proven product-led growth track record. You understand self-serve funnels, activation metrics, pricing strategy, and usage-based monetization models.

• Founder mentality. You've built something from scratch—whether a company, a business unit, or an unasked-for product.

• Action bias. You validate quickly with customers, gather clear demand signals, then commit to building with a clear path to revenue. You move fast by reducing cycle time, never by compromising quality.

• Commercial and technical fluency. You're equally at home in a sales meeting, design review, or production incident. Comfortable reading API specs, writing curl requests, and holding your own with senior engineers.

• Comfort in ambiguity. You create structure rather than waiting for it.

• Curiosity about crypto and Web3 is essential; prior experience is a bonus.
