- Negotiate pricing, settlement terms, liability provisions and service-level agreements that optimize GTXN's cost, coverage and reliability.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk and Product/Engineering teams to ensure new partnerships meet regulatory and technical requirements before launch.
- Track partner performance against agreed uptime, settlement and success-rate targets, driving improvements when needed.

- Thorough knowledge of cross-border payment mechanics, including settlement processes, foreign-exchange handling, licensing requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to independently identify, negotiate and close commercial agreements from first conversation through contract execution and go-live.

- Comfort working autonomously in a distributed, remote-first environment across multiple time zones and regulatory jurisdictions.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product and Engineering teams.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication; proficiency in languages relevant to target African or Southeast Asian markets is valuable.
