Product Manager, Crypto Asset Management (Mid)

The Crypto Asset Management team operates the liquidity and asset infrastructure underpinning MoonPay's products. As the business expands into Ramps, Swaps, and Enterprise offerings, the complexity and volume of product work continues to scale. You'll join this team as a mid-level Product Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day execution across on-chain and off-chain workstreams in a fast-moving environment where outcomes matter more than process.

What you'll do

• Own product execution across Crypto Asset Management initiatives, converting business, technical, operational, and compliance requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, project plans, and delivery milestones

• Support integrations with new liquidity sources including centralized exchanges, OTC trading desks, and decentralized services to expand sourcing efficiency, reliability, and execution

• Coordinate asset availability and infrastructure work across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, Commercial, and other Product teams, ensuring dependencies and risks are tracked through delivery

• Work with engineering and operations teams on technical infrastructure setup—wallets, gas sponsorship, transaction broadcasting, on-chain services—translating requirements into scalable product solutions

• Help develop roadmap priorities using data, commercial value, operational requirements, customer impact, and engineering constraints

• Contribute to evolution of liquidity infrastructure including custody, wallet capabilities, routing, best execution, settlement efficiency, and risk-management tooling

• Use data to identify friction points and operational inefficiencies where product or infrastructure improvements create measurable value

What you'll bring

• Experience in product management, product operations, treasury, finance, business analysis, or technical programme delivery, moving problems from initial requirements through structured execution

• Cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, or Commercial teams, turning complex requirements into clear actions

• Strong product thinking and analytical abilities; comfort with trade-offs and prioritization based on business and customer impact

• Genuine interest in crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure with motivation to deepen knowledge of blockchain networks, liquidity, exchanges, custody, wallets, and digital-asset infrastructure

The role is full-time and hybrid based in London. AI is embedded across all work here, and you're expected to use it daily to handle manual work so you can focus on what matters most.
