You would join the Marketing and Communications team as the Product Communications Lead, shaping how the company communicates its product innovations, regulatory achievements, and technology vision to press, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Build and execute a differentiated communications strategy and narrative spanning consumer products, institutional offerings, AI capabilities, and regulatory milestones.
• Lead end-to-end communications for a continuous pipeline of product launches, collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and amplify reach.
• Own announcements of licensing wins, regulatory approvals, and compliance achievements while contributing to broader policy conversations.
• Define and champion the company's positioning on AI, explaining how artificial intelligence enhances internal operations and customer-facing products.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key technology journalists, traditional media contacts, and emerging crypto influencers across product and technical topics.
• Develop platforms for executives and technical spokespeople through media opportunities, speaking engagements, award submissions, and social presence.
• Write compelling product-focused content including blog posts, press releases, and executive social media posts.

What you'll bring

• More than five years of communications leadership experience in crypto, DeFi, fintech, or related industries.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, with genuine interest in deepening your knowledge of Blockchain.com's business, products, and regulatory roadmap.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products and regulatory concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with journalists and audiences.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Marketing, Strategy, Legal, and Compliance teams on integrated communications workflows.
• Strong editorial capabilities to write, refine, and communicate both strategic concepts and technical or regulatory details.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where market conditions shift rapidly.

• Experience communicating about trading products, derivatives, or prediction markets.
