What you'll do

• Monitor cryptocurrency and digital-asset market developments on a daily basis.
• Support the operations team with analytical and routine tasks under supervision.
• Track price movements, trading volumes, liquidity metrics, and other market signals.
• Pull market data from internal and external sources to feed analysis.
• Document findings in organized formats and produce clear internal reports.
• Distill market insights for team conversations and decision-making.
• Participate in regular training sessions, one-on-ones, and team check-ins.
• Work through assigned projects with guidance from senior colleagues.

What you'll bring
