The company seeks someone who can bridge the gap between ambitious technical customers and the product roadmap.
You'll join Cursor as the first AI Deployment Manager for the Customer Success team, based remotely in Singapore. This is a full-time role where you'll work directly with enterprise customers to drive meaningful adoption and business outcomes from Cursor's platform.
What you'll do
- Develop strategic relationships with engineering leaders and key users at priority accounts, serving as their primary point of contact
- Collaborate with Field Engineering and Sales to ensure customers experience seamless onboarding and support after purchase
- Increase Cursor adoption by connecting product usage to measurable business and technical objectives within customer organizations
- Coach customers on implementation best practices, including rollout strategies, prompt optimization, context management, and team enablement
- Represent customer needs and feedback internally, helping to shape Cursor's product direction and roadmap decisions
- Conduct strategic account planning sessions and quarterly business reviews with senior technical and executive stakeholders
- Track account performance through usage metrics and engagement data, identifying opportunities for renewal and expansion
What you'll bring
- Strong executive communication skills and presence; you're equally comfortable whiteboarding technical solutions with engineers and discussing strategic value with CTOs
- Deep knowledge of software development lifecycles, engineering organization structures, and how technical teams operate
- Fluency in developer workflows, AI tooling landscapes, and developer productivity practices
- A customer-first mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Startup experience: you're resourceful, take initiative, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Background in technical account management, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, or Consulting roles serving enterprise software customers
