As an AI agent engineer, you'll lead the development and deployment of autonomous agents across the organization. This is hands-on work: you'll identify opportunities where agents can drive real value, then build and launch them. You'll partner with department leaders to understand their needs and figure out where AI can make the biggest difference. Your job includes integrating agents with internal systems and external tools, monitoring their performance, and sunsetting ones that don't deliver results. You'll stay current with emerging models and frameworks, testing new releases from providers like OpenAI, Claude, and Grok as they ship. Beyond building, you'll mentor other engineers on AI capabilities and help them apply these tools effectively.

You'll need practical experience developing autonomous agents that operate independently and accomplish real work. You're strong with modern AI models and frameworks—Grok, Claude, OpenAI, and open source options. On the technical side, you're comfortable with Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Postgres. You've worked with GCP. You communicate clearly in written English.

What We Offer

Salary ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually, plus a $20,000 signing bonus. You get 4 weeks of vacation time plus holidays observed in your country. The role is fully remote worldwide—work from anywhere.
