IT Engineer

MoonPay is a regulated crypto and value-movement platform serving 30M+ customers and 500+ ecosystem partners across the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. The company operates at high velocity with a focus on outcomes, impact, and solving hard problems. You'll join the Technology & Security Services team in Bengaluru as an IT Engineer, building automations and systems integrations that support the organization's core business operations.

What you'll do

• Build, support and monitor applications in the Corporate Services portfolio
• Create and maintain custom automations on the iPaas platform (Workato, Fivetrans) to streamline business workflows
• Manage authentication services via Okta, collaboration tools including GSuite, Slack and Zoom, and iPaaS integrations
• Develop IT Engineering standards and best practices across the organization
• Document standard operating procedures and incident response playbooks
• Lead incident response efforts and troubleshoot complex system issues

You'll bring

• 5+ years administering JAMF, Okta, GSuite or similar platforms
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools like Fivetrans or Workato
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python or Powershell
• SQL knowledge and familiarity with data warehousing fundamentals
• Cloud experience (GCP or AWS) and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
• Strong troubleshooting ability and critical thinking when facing complex technical problems
• Basic web development skills (HTML, CSS) and understanding of web protocols and network technologies

Nice to have

• SIEM platform experience with Datadog, Splunk or Google Chronicle
• Ability to evangelize new tools and lead technical escalations
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when needed
